Acid Clever Injector (Dosatron)
Clever Injector is the clever way to mix your acid softwash recipe, as it does all the mixing for you!
The Acid Clever Injector will mix your Acid (Hydrochloride Acid / Brick Acid 30%) & Clever Wash surfactant together into the water supply to give you your a brick acid wash mix to clean brick work on builder cleans. No working out how to mix your recipe, just set it going and let it do all the mixing for you at 1-3. No leftover acid wash to deal with. No tanks of acid to transport around with you.
All you need is your 20L drum of acid. Start by connecting your pump to the water supply to boost the water flow. Then connect your Clever Injector to the hose from your pump. Know all that's left to do is adjust the Clever Injector to the required acid Wash recipe & start acid washing. It’s that simple!
5% to 25% dose rate
(Hydrochloride Acid / Brick Acid) 30% concentrate
Softwash recipe 7.5% Set the Clever Injector setting to 1:4
Used concrete, block driveways.
Lowest flow rate 1.6 LPM highest 33 LPM
